Directions

Stretch out each fillet on paper towelling and pat dry.
In an oblong baking dish melt 1 tablespoon (15 mL) of the butter 1 minute at HIGH.
Add the green onions; stir well.
Microwave 1 minute at HIGH.
Remove from baking dish and place rolled fillets in dish.
Spread softened green onions on top.
Pour wine over the fillets, cover dish with waxed paper or lid.
Microwave 5 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Let stand 10 minutes, then remove fillets with a perforated spoon to a hot platter.
Place baking dish in microwave, cook uncovered 5 minutes at HIGH.
Blend remaining butter with the flour.
Add the cream and the lemon juice.
Do not mix; simply pour the whole in the wine remaining from the fish.
Stir well and microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
Stir once during the cooking period.
When smooth and creamy, salt and pepper to taste.
Microwave another 30 seconds, pour over the fish.
