Sole French Style Recipe
Ingredients
4 fillets of sole
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons grated onion
1/2 Ib sliced mushrooms
4 tablespoons Burgundy style
Red wine
Directions
Wash the fish, wipe dry and lay them on a well buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides offish and add grated onion, sliced mushrooms and wine, pouring the ingredients over the fish.
Bake 15 minutes in a hot oven 400°F (200°C).
