Sole-Asparagus Bake Recipe
Ingredients
1 10 ounce package frozen asparagus spears cooked and drained
1/4 cup tartar sauce
2 frozen sole fillets thawed
2 tablespoons chili sauce
Directions
Place asparagus spears in small shallow baking dish.
Top with dollops of tartar sauce.
Lay thawed fish fillets over top.
Spoon chili sauce over fish.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) about 30 minutes or till fish flakes easily with a fork.
