Sole With Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 sole fillets (about 4 oz. each) | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped | ||
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup (1 oz.) Sargent | ||
Directions
Place fillets in lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes over fillets.
Cover and bake at 325°F 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Uncover; sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
