2 pounds sole fillets
 
3/4 teaspoon salt
 
3 tablespoons snipped parsley
 
2 teaspoons minced lemon peel
 
1 1/2 cups seedless white grapes
 
2/3 cup dry white wine
 
Lemon wedges

Directions

1. Lay each fillet on a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil, 12 x 12 inches. Sprinkle fillets with salt, parsley, and lemon peel. Divide grapes over fish; sprinkle with wine. Bring edges of parchment up, crimp edges and seal; place on a jelly-roll pan.
2. Bake at 350°F 20 minutes.
3. Place parchment packets on individual plates; let each person open packet.
