 Fillet sole piece1 , frozen
 Margarine1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/8 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1/8 Teaspoon

 Instant minced onion1/8 Teaspoon
 Soft bread crumbs1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter margarine1 Teaspoon, melted
 Paprika1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Pat sole fillet[s] dry.
Mix 1 1/2 tsp [1 tbsp] margarine, the lemon juice, mustard, chili powder, salt and onion; stir in bread crumbs.
Spread in 12-oz shallow casserole [two 12-oz shallow casseroles].
Place sole on top.
Mix 1 tsp [2 tsp] margarine and the paprika; spread over sole.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (550 watts) until sole flakes easily with fork, 1 to 2 min [2 to 3 min].
Sole should register 175° on meat thermometer.
