Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
Dash pepper
2 lbs. frozen sole fillets, thawed
Directions
1. Place butter in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on ROAST for about 2 minutes or until melted. Blend in cornstarch, lemon juice, parsley, celery salt and pepper. Dip each fillet in seasoned butter. Arrange fillets with thick edges toward outside of dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 9 minutes or until fillets fake easily. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
