Directions
MAKING
1) Take a small microwave dish, melt butter at HIGH 1 minute.
2) Put in onions and mushrooms.
3) Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
4) Pour inlemon juice and wine.
5) Take an oblong dish and line the sole fillets on it.
6) Place the chopped tomatoes above the fillets and to with mushroom mixture.
7) Using a waxed paper, cover the dish
8) Microwave at HIGH 5 to 7 minutes.
9) Take another microwave dish, melt the second amount of butter at HIGH 30 to 50 seconds.
10) Add in flour and then the cream. Stir well.
11) Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
12) Remove the pan juices from the fish.
13) Pour the fish juices into the cream mixture and stir.
14) Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
15) Pour over top of fish and cook at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
SERVING
16) Serve hot.
