Directions

To make cowboy coffee and chicory, solar boil 1 ½ cups of water in a clay pot. It will take 2 hours for water to boil then add 1 tablespoons of ground coffee and chicory. When the temperature of the mixture reaches 210 F,take the solar heater inside and allow the coffee to steep before straining it. Strain the coffee and add creamer and some sugar before serving it.
