Ingredients

 
1lbs presoaked beans
 
1 bay leaf’
 
1 large onion, chopped
 
2 smoked pork chops fully cooked and chopped
 
5-6 garlic cloves chopped
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a pan and cover it. Place this pan in a solar heater for cooking. Add water ½ inch above bean mixture. The mixture takes nearly 4 ½ hours to be fully cooked. Some seasoning of choice can be added to the beans for better flavor.
