Sohan Papdi Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups Gram flour
2 cups Allpurpose flour(Maida)
300 gms Ghee
3 cups Sugar
1 cups Water
1 tsp Cardamom seeds
Directions
Point 1-Sieve both flours together.
Point2- Heat ghee in a pan.
Point3-Add flour mixture and roast on low heat till light golden.
Point 4-Keep aside to cool a little, stirring occasionally.
Point 5-Boil water and sugar together and bring the syrup to 2 1/2 thread consistency.
Point 6-Pour this immediately into the flour mixture.
Point 7-Beat well with a large fork till the mixture forms thread like flakes.
Point 8-Pour onto a greased surface or thali and roll to 1" thickness lightly.
point 9-Sprinkle cardamom seeds and gently press down with your palm.
Point 10-Cool and cut into squares.
