| Soft shelled crabs | 8 | |
| Cornstarch/Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 3⁄10 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Heat butter and lemon juice in medium skillet.
On medium heat, cook crabs until browned, 5 minutes per side.
Remove crabs to a heated platter.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to pan juices, stir until slightly thickened.
Pour sauce over crabs.
Serve at once
