 Crabs1 Dozen
 Olive oil to grease broiler pan
 Lemon-butter sauce
 Butter/Margarine1 Pound, melted
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Lea & perrins worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Louisiana hot sauce1 Teaspoon
 Lemons2 , squeezed
 Limes2 , squeezed
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Clean crabs and broil until brown on both sides, turning once.
Pour sauce over them when done.
When done means when tender.
Use kitchen fork to test for tenderness.
