Soft Shelled Crabs Recipe

| Olive oil to grease broiler pan | ||
| Lemon-butter sauce | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Pound, melted | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lea & perrins worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Louisiana hot sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemons | 2 , squeezed | |
| Limes | 2 , squeezed | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Clean crabs and broil until brown on both sides, turning once.
Pour sauce over them when done.
When done means when tender.
Use kitchen fork to test for tenderness.
