Soba Noodles With Sesame Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounces soba noodles
1/3 cup Chicken Stock or low-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
2 green onions, including tops, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper, ortotaste
Directions
1 Bring a stockpot of unsalted water to a boil.
