So Good Sweet Potato Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 to 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed | ||
| Butter stick | 1 | |
| White sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pet milk (enough for potatoes to become smooth and not lumpy, use hand mixer) | ||
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Unbaked pie shell | 1 | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients well with hand mixer.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375° until done.
Cover edges of crust with foil paper to keep from overbrowning.
