So easy fish divan is a devishly simple fish bake prepared with a handful of ingredients. Prepared with cheese sauce mix, french fried onions and veggies like brussels sprouts, carrots and cauliflower, the fish divan can be made with fish fillets of choice. Topped with cheese and fried onions, the easy fish divan is baked to a scrumptious golden brown.
Ingredients
1 package (1 1/8 ounces) Cheese Sauce Mix
1 1/3 cups milk
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (brussels sprouts, carrots, cauliflower), thawed and drained
1 can (2.8 ounces) French Fried Onions
1 pound unbreaded fish fillets, thawed if frozen
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °.
In small saucepan, prepare cheese sauce mix according to package directions using 1 1/3 cups milk.
In 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine vegetables and 1/2 can French Fried Onions; top with fish fillets.
Pour cheese sauce over fish and vegetables.
Bake, covered, at 375° for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
