Ingredients

 
1 10 ounce package frozen cut broccoli
 
10 ounces fully cooked ham, chopped
 
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
 
3 egg whites
 
1 teaspoon dry mustard
 
2 tablespoons grated
 
Parmesan cheese

Directions

Place frozen broccoli in a colander.
Run hot water over broccoli just till thawed.
Drain well.
Divide broccoli among four 10 ounce custard cups.
Combine chopped ham, onion, and 1/4 cup of the salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Spoon ham mixture over broccoli in custard cups.
For egg topping, in a small mixer bowl beat egg whites till stiff peaks form (tips stand straight).
Stir together the remaining salad dressing and dry mustard.
Fold salad dressing mix ture into beaten egg whites.
Spoon egg mixture over ham mixture in custard cups.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 18 minutes or till topping is golden.
