Snowballs Recipe
Haven't tried this yummy Snowballs recipe, yet? I am sure you will love it! I prepare this Snowballs with Nuts as the main ingredient. I prefer to make Snowballs as a Snack for all my family get-togethers. Try it, your family and friends will be bowled over by this delicious Snowballs recipe.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Confectioners 10-X Sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Confectioners 10-X Sugar
Directions
In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, salt and butter; mix well.
Add extract.
Gradually stir in flour.
Work nuts into dough.
Chill well.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until set but not brown.
Roll in confectioners sugar immediately.
Cool on rack.
Roll in sugar again.
Store in airtight container.
