Snowball Sundae With Rum Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
1 14-oz. jar papaya pineapple jam
Vanilla ice cream
Shredded Coconut, toasted
6 tbs. dark rum
Directions
Simmer jam in saucepan for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Cool and add rum.
Roll ice cream balls in coconut, serve topped with rum pineapple sauce.
Top with chopped Hawaiian maca-damia nuts if desired.
