Snow Peas In Lemon Sauce Recipe
Snow Peas In Lemon Sauce hardly takes time to get cooked. Whipping cream with Yogurt and lemon gives Snow Peas In Lemon Sauce a mouth watering taste.
Ingredients
1 lb snow-peas (mange-tout)
2 tsp oil
2/3 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp plain yogurt
Zest of lemon, finely grated
Salt
Pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tbsp chopped mint
Directions
Top and tail the snow peas (mange tout) and put in a dish with 1/2 cup (125 ml/4 fl oz) of water.
Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Stir the oil into the snow-peas (mange-tout).
Mix together the cream, yogurt, lemorf, zest, salt and pepper to taste and sugar.
Microwave on MEDIUM for 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the peas and sprinkle with the mint.
Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Drain.
