Snow Pea Soup Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups hot fish or chicken stock
dash Tabasco
12 edible pod peas
4 mushrooms, sliced
4 cooked, peeled medium shrimp
Directions
Heat stock to boiling, add Tabasco, peas, mushrooms, and shrimp and cook 2 minutes.
Ladle into bowls.
