| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 3 , lightly beaten | |
| Flour | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Apricot jam | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Grated coconut | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
Gradually beat in the sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, mixing well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into the butter mixture until blended well.
Knead for a few minutes until a soft dough is formed.
With lightly floured hands, roll the dough into balls the size of walnuts.
Arrange them 2 inches apart on lightly oiled and floured baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
Transfer to wire racks to cool.
Brush with the melted jam and sprinkle with the coconut
