Snow Peas with Garlic and Ginger Recipe Video

| Canola oil | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, grated (fresh or frozen) | |

| Jalapeno/Hot chili | 1 , cut into 4 strips | |
| Turmeric | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cilantro | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. In a bowl take jalapeno, ginger, garlic, turmeric and snow peas. Set aside.
MAKING
2. Heat a heavy skillet and add in the cumin seeds. After cumin release its aroma pour in the canola oil.
3. Add in the snow peas mixture, stir well. Cover the skillet and cook for 4 minutes.
4. Remove the cover and stir. Add in the salt, cilantro and lemon juice. Cook for another 3 minutes.
SERVING
5. Serve Snow Peas with whole wheat bread or chapatti and enjoy!
