Snow Peas with Chili Oil Recipe
Ingredients
| Snow peas | 3/4 pound, trimmed | |
| Chili oil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add peas and cook until bright and crisp-tender, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Drain; wipe out saucepan.
2. Add oil, garlic, and salt to saucepan and set over medium heat. Return snow peas to pan. Cook, stirring, until coated, about 30 seconds; serve hot.
