|Fresh snow peas||1⁄2 Pound, sliced diagonally in thirds|
|Button mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, stems removed, sliced (Use Fresh Ones)|

Microwave at HIGH (10) 15 minutes; stir after 7 minutes.
Add carrots, onion, green pepper, white rice, marjoram and beef broth.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 30 to 33 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed, stirring every 10 minutes.
In 1 quart casserole, place butter, snow peas and mushrooms.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
Add snow peas and mushrooms to rice.
