 Snow peas300 Gram, trimmed
 Baby corn500 Gram
 Extra virgin olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Apple cider vinegar2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Coarsley ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
 Garlic - 1-2 cloves, crushed
 Castor sugar - a pinch

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In boiling salted water, blanch snow peas for 1 minute and seperately boil baby corn for 1-2 minutes.
2) Refresh and drain both thoroughly.
3) Dry snow peas and baby corns with a kitchen towel.

MAKING
4) In a salad bowl, mix snow peas and baby corn and chill.
5) Combine ingredients for dressing and whisk till well amalgamated.
6) Sprinkle dressing over salad and toss till well coated.
7) Keep the salad to chill.

SERVING
8) Serve the chilled snow peas and baby corn salad as side dish.
