Snow Pea Succotash Recipe
Snow Pea Succotash is mildly spicy and also proves to be great for entertaining your guests or family. It has been years now since I have started too make this Snow Pea Succotash dish at home. Truly tasty!
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Snow peas | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup (60 ml) com kernels | ||
| Sweet red pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), julienned | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute snow peas for 3 minutes.
– Add corn kernels and peppers, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
– Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
