 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Snow peas1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup (60 ml) com kernels
 Sweet red pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), julienned
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute snow peas for 3 minutes.
–  Add corn kernels and peppers, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
–  Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
