Snow Pea Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lettuce | 1 | |
| Green pepper | 1 | |
| Snow peas | 125 Gram | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Avocado | 1 | |
| French dressing | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Wash lettuce, dry, tear into pieces.
Seed green pepper, cut into thin strips.
Top, tail and string snow peas.
Heat oil in pan, add snow peas, toss over high heat 1 minute; add water and salt, cover, cook 30 seconds; drain immediately.
Cut avocado in half, remove stone, peel away skin.
Cut avocado into pieces.
Combine all ingredients in salad bowl, toss lightly.
