Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, pour 1 cup of juice and bring to a boil, until it reduces by half.
2. Allow to cool and refrigerate it.
3. In small individual bowls, put the snow and press to form heap.
4. Drizzle with concentrated juice and the maple syrup on top.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately.
