| Onion | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Dill weed | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Pimiento | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
2. In saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Add water, vinegar, pimiento, and dill weed. Cook, stirring until bubbly.
4. Stir in sour cream. Add green beans.
5. Heat mixture through but do not boil.
