Snapper Dijon Recipe
Try out this delicious version of Snapper Dijon. The deadly combination of snapper filets and dijon mustard will surely make your guests to crave for more!
Ingredients
4 1/2-inch-thick red snapper fillets (1 pound)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon dried whole thyme
Dash of ground ginger
1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions
Cur four (15-inch) pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Rinse fillets with cold water; pat dry.
Place a fillet just off center of each piece of foil; sprinkle with pepper.
Combine mustard, vinegar, water, rhyme, and ginger, stirring well; pour evenly over fillets.
Top with chopped tomato.
Fold foil over fillets, and securely seal; place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork.
Remove fillets from foil, and serve.
