Snapper With A Triple Cheese Crust Recipe

| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Breadcrumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Lemon pepper seasoning | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 (800 g) snapper fillets cooking oil spray | ||
Directions
Combine mustard, breadcrumbs, cheeses, parsley, garlic and seasoning in large bowl.
Place fish on oiled oven tray; press cheese mixture onto fish, spray with cooking oil spray.
Bake, uncovered, in hot oven about 15 minutes or until cheese browns and fish is cooked through.
