Snapped Up Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| French Beans package | 1 , frozen | |
| 4 slices bacon, cut into 3/4-in pieces | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Defrost green beans in package at High 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
Drain.
In 1 -qt casserole combine bacon and onion.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
Drain all but 1 tablespoon fat.
Add beans and remaining ingredients.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until green beans are tender, stirring after half the time.
