Snake Gourd Sauté Fry Recipe

| Snakeguard | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chop in to thin 1inch pieces (pudalangai) | |
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Green chilly | 2 , slit lengthwise | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Urad dal | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chana dal | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Grated coconut | 3 Teaspoon (powdered bengal gram) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying) |

Directions
2. Add the onions, green chilly, curry leaves and saute till transparent.
3. Add the chopped snake gourd, turmeric powder, salt and saute by adding oil little by little for 10 mins.
4. Saute till the it shrinks and turns slightly crispy.
5. Finally sprinkle the grated coconut and saute for a min and its done.
Serve with any kind of rice.
