Snacking Squares Recipe
This Snacking Squares will make your taste buds crave for more! I prefer to make Snacking Squares as a Snack for all my family get-togethers. Don't rob yourself of the pleasure of having Snacking Squares. Go and prepare it immediately.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 ml) powdered milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut, grated
2/3 cup (180 ml) sesame seeds
1/4 cup (60 ml) raisins or chocolate chips
1/3 cup (80 ml) peanut butter
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
1 tbsp (15 ml) water
Directions
– In a bowl, mix together powdered milk, coconut, sesame seeds, raisins or chocolate chips and set aside.
– Melt peanut butter with honey and water in a small saucepan. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir. Spread in a pyrex dish, press firmly to pack, and refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting.
