Smothered Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
Salt and pepper
6 pork chops
Flour
6 Ige. slices onion
6 slices green pepper
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Salt and pepper the pork chops; roll in flour.
Place a large slice of onion on each chop; top with a ring of pepper.
Place 2 tablespoons rice in each pepper ring.
Add celery, tomatoes and worcestershire sauce.
Cover and steam slowly until chops are tender.
