Smothered Beef Recipe

| Mild prepared mustard- 2 tablespoons | ||
| Celery seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Strained tomatoes- 1 cup or Tomato soup- 1/2 can | ||
| Flour mixed with salt and pepper | ||

Directions
MAKING
1.Dredge the meat with flour
2.In a heavy pan, brown the meat
3.Also brown the onions in the fat
4.Now add the mustard, celery seed and tomatoes
5.Pour over meat and simmer 3 hours
SERVING
6.Serve over rice
