S'More Cookies Recipe Video
Ingredients
| White cake mix | 18 Ounce (1 box of your favorite brand) | |
| Instant vanilla pudding | 5 Ouce (1 packet) | |
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 Medium | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk chocolate | 8 Ounce, melted | |
| Marshmallows | 30 Small (or 1 per cookie) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
MAKING
2. Mix cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl. Add the eggs, water, oil and blend to smooth batter.
3.Scoop batter using small ice-cream scoop and drop on a lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
4.Bake for about 13 to 15 minutes.
5.Let cookies cool.
6. Coat flat side of each cookie with melted milk chocolate.
6.Cut marshmallows in half and place them each cookie.
7.Toast the cookies under a broiler until the marshmallows melt and browned.
8. Sandwich with another chocolate coated cookie.
SERVING
9.Enjoy warm as a sweet treat, anytime of the day!

Cool down cookie pans between batches.
