Strawberry oatmeal breakfast smoothie for vegans
1/2 c rolled oats
2 tbsp honey
1 c soy milk
1 banana
1/2 c strawberry
Cranberry orange power smoothie
2 tbsp whey protein powder
1 c soy milk
1/2 c yogurt
1 c orange juice
1 c cranberry juice
2 tbsp strawberry
Blueberry smoothie
2 tbsp honey
1 c soy milk
1 c blueberries
2 frozen bananas
1/2 c yogurt
2 tbsp flax seed meal
