Smoky Seafood Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Smoked Mackerel - 1 1/2 pounds | ||
| Frozen English peas - 1 (10-ounce) package, thawed | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 4 Ounce, cut into strips | |
| Red onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
| Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | ||
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take out the skin and bones from mackerel.
2. Flake the fish with a fork.
3. In a bowl add fish, peas, cheese, and onion. Toss to mix.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Arrange lettuce in a bowl and spoon the fish mixture into it.
SERVING
6. Sprinkle bacon over it.
7. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and green pepper rings.
