 Smoked Mackerel - 1 1/2 pounds
 Frozen English peas - 1 (10-ounce) package, thawed
 Swiss Cheese4 Ounce, cut into strips
 Red onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Lettuce leaves
 Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled
 Cherry tomatoes
 Green pepper1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1. Take out the skin and bones from mackerel.
2. Flake the fish with a fork.
3. In a bowl add fish, peas, cheese, and onion. Toss to mix.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Arrange lettuce in a bowl and spoon the fish mixture into it.

SERVING
6. Sprinkle bacon over it.
7. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and green pepper rings.
