Smoky Po Recipe
Ingredients
| Green bell pepper - 1 medium, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potatoes - 12 ounces, peeled, cooked, diced | ||
| Smoked turkey sausage - 12 ounces precooked, sliced | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a 10-inch non-stick skillet, cover and cook the bell pepper, onions and water together over a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until the vegetables are just tender.
2) Stir in the potatoes and sausage, cook uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thoroughly heated.
SERVING
3) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
