Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons butter, margarine or bacon drippings | ||
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken broth | 1/2 Can (10oz) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 (8-oz.) jar pasteurized process cheese spread | ||
| Liquid smoke | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Crumbled bacon | ||
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
1. Place butter, margarine or bacon drippings in a deep 1 quart casserole. Microwave at 100% (high)30 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour, paprika and dry mustard; mix well. Microwave at 100% (high)30 seconds.
2. Stir in chicken broth, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Microwave at 100% (high)4 minutes or until mixture thickens and bubbles; stir every 1 minute.
3. Stir in cheese and liquid smoke. Microwave at 30% ( medium low ) 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through. Stir before serving. Garnish with bacon and parsley.
