Smoky Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese | ||
| 2 cups shredded smoky cheddar cheese | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Steak sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 3/4 cup finely chopped toasted almonds or pecans | ||
Directions
1 Bring cream cheese, smoky cheddar cheese, and margarine or butter to room temperature. In a large mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, margarine or butter, milk, and steak sauce.
2 Beat on medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until slightly chilled. Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in almonds or pecans to coat, patting nuts onto ball to secure
