Smoked Turkey Pate Recipe
Smoked Turkey Pate is a delicious side dish recipe which I always love to have on my dinner table. I bet, once you have this, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
| Turkey breast | 11/2 Pound, cut into cubes | |
| Cheese package | 1/2 , softened | |
| 3 tablespoons Chablis or other dry white wine | ||
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, finley grated | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seeds | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 7 ingredients, and process until smooth.
Spoon into a 2 1/2-cup mold coated with cooking spray.
Cover and chill overnight.
Unmold onto a serving plate, and garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
Arrange pimiento strips and olive slice over top of pate, if desired.
Serve with melba toast rounds.
