Ingredients
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons spicy hot mustard
2 (6 inch) pita bread rounds, cut in half
4 (1 ounce) slices smoked deli turkey breast
8 (1/4 inch-thick) slices tomato
1 cup trimmed watercress
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat, reduced-sodium Swiss cheese
Directions
Combine yogurt and mustard in a small bowl; stir well.
Spread mustard sauce evenly on inside surface of each pita half.
Place 1 turkey slice, 2 tomato slices, and 1/4 cup watercress in each half; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons cheese.
