Ingredients
| Butt | 3 Pound, smoked | |
| 1 qt. green beans, washed and broken into 1 in. pieces | ||
| 6 potatoes, washed, pared and quartered | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cover smoked shoulder roll with water and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
Add the beans and cook about 10 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook about 25 minutes, or until beans and potatoes are tender.
