Ingredients

 
1 pound smoked salmon
 
1 cup peeled, chopped tomatoes
 
1 cup finely chopped scallions
 
1/4 cup ice water

Directions

Soak the salmon in water to cover 3 hours; change the water twice.
Drain; chop the salmon fine.
Add the tomatoes and scallions, chop until a paste is formed, adding the water gradually.
Chill.
Serve in sherbet cups or in a deep bowl as a dip.
