Smoked Oyster Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
1 teaspoon finely chopped pimiento
1 3 1/2 ounce can smoked oysters, drained and chopped
8 cooked crepes
Directions
Combine cream cheese with mayonnaise, green onions, pimiento, and oysters.
Spread on crepes and roll up.
Broil until bubbly and serve hot for first course.
