| Butter | 30 Milliliter | |
| 30 ml flour, all purpose | ||
| Chicken stock | 375 Milliliter | |
| Sour cream | 180 Milliliter | |
| 1 ml each of salt, pepper | ||
| Paprika | 3 Milliliter | |
| Gruyere cheese | 170 Gram, grated | |
| Parsley | 30 Milliliter, chopped | |
Directions
Place the turkey in a roaster, bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 1 hour.
Remove, carve and reserve hot.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan; add the flour and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Pour in the chicken stock, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Whip in the sour cream, seasonings and cheese, continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Place turkey on a serving platter, pour sauce over turkey, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
