Smoked Turkey & Shrimp Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 oz. medium shrimp, cut in half lengthwise | ||
| 4 oz. smoked cooked turkey, cut into 1 1/2 X 1/4-inch strips | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 cups ready-to-serve chicken broth | ||
| Lettuce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 1/4 cup bamboo shoots, cut into 1/8-inch strips | ||

Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine shrimp, turkey and cornstarch.
Toss to coat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 9 to 13 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque, stirring after every 3 minutes.
